Hi, I’m
Flor.
I started HolySip! because I wanted to create the kind of coffee spot I’d actually be excited to visit — one that feels joyful, familiar, and with a little piece of Puerto Rico in every detail.
Coffee has always been more than a drink to me. It’s a way to slow down, connect, and make everyday moments a little brighter.

Why HolySip?
More than
a coffee spot.
HolySip! is about people — the ones who inspire us, the ones who support us, and the moments that make life sweeter. Whether it’s your daily coffee, a fun new flavor, or a stop at one of our pop-ups, our goal is simple: to create a space that feels good.
Hope you come say hi.
Whether you’re grabbing your usual or trying something new, I hope HolySip! feels like a little bright spot in your day.
